UPDATE: Staff will continue to work remotely until May 15. Stay tuned for updates.

United Way of Central New Mexico will be closing its office in Albuquerque as of Monday, March 23, 2020, to do our part to mitigate the spread of the Covid19 virus. This will remain in effect until May 1, although that date is subject to change.

While we want to be as responsive as possible to recommendations to limit interpersonal contact, we also recognize that our community needs assistance in these extraordinary times. We are working on contingency plans and talking with other agencies and partners to prepare for any possible disruption to daily life for our partners and those we serve. This page provides notices of our activities at this time, including an Emergency Action Fund.

UWCNM staff members will be checking their voicemail boxes regularly; you can also email individual staff members using the links beneath the names. We will do our best to respond in a timely fashion. We encourage everyone to read these recommendations from the New Mexico Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control for reducing the risk of infection in yourself and others.

Please follow us on our social media platforms for the latest developments in our operations: Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
